Our client is a premier financial services institution with an established presence in the region. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned HR professional to play the role of HR Operations Manager (Employee Life Cycle), based in Singapore.

 

 

Reporting into the Head of HR Shared Services, this is a team lead role where you will be managing all HR operational activities for the employees, from on-boarding through to off-boarding, ensuring process effectiveness and efficiency, and achieving good customer experience. Partnering with COEs, HR Business Partners and functional units, you will identify, streamline and enhance operational efficiencies and also oversee mobility operations for incoming and outgoing secondees globally. You will also lead ad-hoc program improvement initiatives that are rolled out globally.

The ideal candidate should possess at least 12 years’ experience in HR with at least 5 years in HR operations, preferably from the financial services industry. Demonstrated experience in HR process design and re-engineering, and experience leading HR operations teams in a fast-paced environment are required.  Solid problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to influence at all levels and understand end-user perspectives will be essential.  Excellent facilitation and presentation skills will hold you in good stead for this role.
