Our client is a prominent financial services provider with a growing reach in the region. With rapid growth imminent, the need has arisen to recruit a solid HRIS professional.


As the HRIS team lead, you will be responsible for the management of the full suite of HR systems, covering both project and business-as-usual responsibilities. You will work with closely with internal users and cross-functional teams, develop and translate business needs into technical specifications.  You will also be responsible for project communication and documentation, build test plans and execution of test cycles.  You will also support the outsourced system integrator in all project phases and continue to provide system support after implementation.

The ideal candidate is degree-qualified and possesses at least 12 years of HR systems, project management and business analyst experience.  Experience developing user requirements, specifications, and guidelines and working closely with multi-disciplinary teams, including external consultants are required. Experience in Successfactors HR systems will be ideal.  Demonstrated experience in HR process design and re-engineering and understanding business and end-user perspectives are essential. You are a self-starter who works well independently and in a team, and possess excellent problem solving and multi-tasking skills as well as strong analytical and decision making skills.
